Journaling has been my newest weapon in life.
Documenting the highlights from each day, ideas, struggles and victories has been powerful. Even more, is reviewing those notes the following year.
It’s amazing the amount of information I forget. Whether an event or a new business idea. Blink, gone.
Of course, not all of my ideas are meant to leave the journal, but many have.
Journaling has also been a reminder that I’m still kicking and making new memories each and every day.
And one day, I’ll pass these journals on to my children. If they learn just one lesson, it’ll be worth every minute.
